We hope that you will enjoy your stay and make full use of our facilities. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we request your co-operation in observing the below terms and conditions.
For guesthouse records, a registration form is to be completed and signed as well as a copy of ID documents, Passports or Temporary Residence Card, is necessary at the time of Check-in (Section 40 of the Immigration Amendment Act).
Settlement of Accounts:
Balance due accordingly with the reservation must be cleared at Check-in time. Any extras will be billed at Check-out.
Accounts must be settled by presentation of a Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA or Diners), or cash (ZAR). Personal cheques are not accepted.
For any manual credit card transaction, we require the following documentation:
Guests:
Guests that are allowed access to the rooms, are those registered at check-in time and congruent with the reservation. Any variation in name of guests is subject to agreement by the Bright on 5th guesthouse owners. Any variation in number of guests, will not be allowed.
Visitors (Security Precaution):
Right of admission is reserved. Please inform us should you be expecting any visitors. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GUEST ROOMS
